Hryvnia official rate again hits new historic low of UAH 23 to dollar

As of 1400 the central bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies:

$100 – UAH 2,313.0580 (as of 1400 on February 5 it was UAH 1,799.9763);

EUR 100 – UAH 2,639.1992 (as of 1400 on February 5 it was UAH 2,060.2529);

10 Russian rubles – UAH 3.3712 (as of 1400 on February 5 it was UAH 2.7503).

As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukraine’s battered hryvnia currency lost more ground against the dollar on Friday, slipping to UAH 23.70/24.20 by the middle of the trading day, compared to UAH 21.80/22.20 at opening of trade.
