According to the report, the gas consumption in Ukraine in April 2015 decreased by 37.8% compared to March.
Ukraine in April also reduced oil consumption by 77.9% in comparison with April 2014, to 50.500 tonnes. Compared to March this year, the level of consumption increased by 2.9%.
Coal consumption in Ukraine in April 2015 decreased by 30% compared to April 2014, to 3.579 million tonnes, and compared to March 2015 by 7.7%.
As UNIAN reported earlier, gas production in April 2015 compared to March fell by 3.3%, to 1.6 million cubic meters. In comparison with April 2014, gas production decreased by 3.2%.
Coal production in April 2015 decreased by 55.1% in comparison with April 2014, to 2.2 million tonnes, while compared to March 2015 it increased by 11.4%.
