Abromavičius: 'We’ll fight corruption in business through deregulation' (Video)
Ukraine’s Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Aivaras Abromavičius meets with Ukraine Today to talk about a so-called “regulatory guillotine” – drastic cuts in numbers of public servants.
Providing for less interaction between businesses and government bodies is expected to decrease corruption, while the raising of the salaries of the remaining public servants is to prevent them from being tempted to get involved in corruption, Abromavičius told Ukraine Today.
