"There are two types of sanctions; there are the sanctions related to the occupation of Crimea and the sanctions related to the attack on Donbas. The sanctions related to the attack on Donbas are linked to the Minsk agreement. The sanctions related to Crimea have been prolonged until June 2016 and the sanctions related to the Donbas will be prolonged if the Minsk agreement will not be fulfilled and it looks like it will not be fulfilled anytime soon, at least for Ukraine to have control over the Donetsk and Luhansk regions…” Sauer said in an interview with Ukraine Today.
"If Poland can have 70% of its trade with the EU then Ukraine can too," said Sauer.
