SBU refutes Russian cyberattack on Ukraine’s power companies
The Security Service of Ukraine has successfully refuted the attempt of the Russian secret services to damage computer networks of a number of facilities of Ukraine’s energy industry, according to the SBU press center.
The SBU has revealed malicious software in the networks of individual regional power companies, the press center reported.
The virus outbreak was accompanied by flooding the power companies’ tech support hotlines.
