Local blackouts continue at peak hours in Crimea

The Russian-occupied Crimea receives 930 MW of electric power as of Sunday, with the 1,350 MW needed; the rolling local blackouts are performed at peak hours due to the experienced shortage, according to the head of the regional office for emergency situations, Sergei Shakhov, RIA Novosti reported.
