The country's gross external debt in the second quarter of 2018 (Q2) decreased by $1.398 billion, or 1.2%, to $113.751 billion, according to the National Bank of Ukraine's (NBU) website.
At the end of the first half of 2018, the general government debt was estimated at $38.118 billion, the central bank's debt at $6.984 billion, the debt of other depository corporations at $5.900 billion, the debt of other sectors at $53.042 billion, and direct investments (inter-firm debt) at $9.707 billion.
