On the morning of November 17, some 190 cars were standing in lines at entry/exit checkpoints.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has reported that over 44,000 people crossed the border at entry/exit checkpoints with Russian-occupied Donbas within 24 hours.

As of the morning of November 17, there were 0/60 vehicles at the Mayorsk checkpoint, 0/50 vehicles at the Maryinka checkpoint, 0/50 vehicles at the Novotroyitske checkpoint, and 20/10 vehicles at the Hnutove checkpoint.
At the same time, the traffic flow remained intense, as 44,200 people and 5,600 vehicles crossed the checkpoints over the period under review, namely:
9,680 people and 1,145 vehicles were reported at the Mayorsk checkpoint;
9,980 people and 1,740 vehicles at the Maryinka checkpoint;
8,880 people and 1,595 vehicles at the Novotroyitske checkpoint;
4,545 people and 1,120 vehicles at the Hnutove checkpoint; and
11,080 people at the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Russian-led forces mounted 16 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas, eastern Ukraine, on November 18.
