Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says that Russia has seized 27% of eastern Ukraine's industrial potential.
"Some 27% of Donbas industrial potential has been illegally moved to Russia, including the equipment of 33 local industrial giants," he said at UN General Assembly debates in New York City on Wednesday, February 20, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

The remaining enterprises cannot be fully operational because of the lack of professional staff, financial resources and the loss of cooperation ties with other parts of Ukraine, he said.
